Welcome
The Sunnybrook Homeowners Association represents a community of 122 townhouses situated on well-manicured and maintained grounds located within a short commute to the Mid-Hudson Bridge. Sunnybrook is a quiet family-friendly community in the town of Lloyd, in Highland, New York.
All amenities are available to residents and their guests only. They are not open to the general public.
The Clubhouse is available to homeowners for parties and gatherings and requires reasonable usage fees. The Pool opens around Memorial Day weekend and closes for the season on Labor Day. Our playground is open everyday during daylight hours and closes at dusk.
Our recreational facilities include the following:
- A spacious clubhouse, complete with a large main room, a stand alone kitchen and a separate and more intimate room which has a functioning fireplace
- 2 fenced-in outdoor pools (one kiddie pool and one adult pool with a depth span of 3 ft to 8 ft)
- A pool recreation room
- A playground situated in the center of Sunnybrook
- A Library which is open Tuesdays from 3:30-7:30 and during office hours
